At Mimi’s, we take pride in delivering high-quality, customized products. However, if you experience any issues with your order, we are here to help.
Customised Items:
Due to the nature of personalised and custom-printed/embroidered products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a fault with the item. If you receive a defective or incorrect product due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing photos and details of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Non-Customised Items:
If you have ordered non-customised items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
In the rare event that you receive an item that is faulty or does not match your order, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the return process.
