2. I have the necessary permissions: to reproduce and distribute the logo design(s), including but not limited to, any trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
3. I indemnify [Mimi’s Embroidery and Print]: against any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from the reproduction and distribution of the logo design(s), including but not limited to, any claims of trademark or copyright infringement.
